Q: How to subscribe?
De Ferrari shares are bearer’s, ordinary shares. There are two ways to acquire company’s shares: either you can buy shares from a present shareholder, or, you can participate in a capital increase. Prior to becoming a shareholder, you have the right to ask all your questions, to discuss the procedure(s), and get all necessary assistance. Please, contact us in order to receive the information you need, and to set a meeting with our management team.
Q: Is there a difference in company’s treatment between individual investors and companies, or institutional investors?
As regards to De Ferrari, there is no difference in treatment between individuals, companies and institutional investors, being they company’s shareholders.
Q: Can I possibly invest through De Ferrari, without becoming a shareholder?
Yes, you can become a client, and all the services offered by De Ferrari will be available to you, on a fee basis.. Still, it is obviously more advantageous to subscribe shares, thus you will obtain preferential treatment for the services, and will be paid a regular dividend by the company.
